Purchasing Goods
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. For instance, a contract is not formed at the point when we take payment for the goods you have ordered, nor when you receive our confirmation of your order. Until the goods are dispatched we may reject, and you may cancel, the order.

Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which, in most cases, cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation of your order unless the product if fault. Following formation of the contract we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
 
Promotions
Any promotions run on this website may be exclusive to this website; they are not necessarily available via our other stores and vice versa.

The following terms & conditions apply to all promotions:

• If you receive a free item, you are not able to exchange it for the full value of the product or an exchange unless the item is faulty
• Promotions are always subject to stock availability 
• Any promotions or sales featured on this website are also subject to any specific terms & conditions that we wish to apply

Pre-Ordering items from West Ham United Online Store
West Ham United Football Club Limited will pre-authorize and charge for all pre-ordered shirts when the order is received. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order and to provide sufficient time to pick, pack and customize the shirt (where applicable) in time for the launch date. It is also sometimes necessary for the customer to confirm details contained within the order.

10% Discount for Season Ticket Holders

Applies only to Full Price Umbro merchandise in-store and online. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

When claiming your discount in-store you will need to show your 2018/19 season ticket card and proof of renewal at the till as retail stores cannot validate if your card is still active. Failure to provide such information will result in no discount being given and retrospective discount will not be offered.

If you are buying online then you will need to login to the online store with your 2018/19 season ticket details (failure to provide such information will result in no discount being given and retrospective discount will not be offered) and the discount will be subtracted from the basket.

Club Cash

Club Cash can be used towards purchases in-store and online. You will have the option to use part or all of your Club Cash balance on transactions. West Ham United Club Cash scheme will operate on an annual 12-month period, starting on 1 June 2018 to 31 May 2019, with any Club Cash earned in that period having to be redeemed by May 31. Only one season ticket with club cash can be used per transaction.

Discount Codes

Please note that discount code promotions are valid for the time period listed on the relevant communications. Please note discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or in conjunction with Season Ticket Holder Discount. Codes are valid for one use only by a customer. 

Tax - Autralian customers 

Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia

Australia's Goods and Services Tax is a 10% tax on the sale of most goods and services in Australia.

From 1 July 2018, the GST will apply to sales of low value goods imported into Australia. This means than a 10% charge will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note Autralian orders as well as orders outside the UK are not subject to 20% VAT taxation. GST applies only to orders shipped to addresses in Australia. 

Recycling at West Ham

You can now recycle your old WHUFC electricals with us.

We offer a free in store take back scheme of your old electrical appliance on a like for like basis.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment.  If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.  In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
