COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE

With the safety and well being of our employees, supporters and their families during the COVID-19 outbreak of paramount importance to West Ham United, the Club has taken the decision to temporarily close its London Stadium, Basildon, Lakeside and Romford stores as well as it’s warehousing operation. The Club will keep supporters updated and stores will re-open once it is safe to do so.

The closure of our warehouse does mean that any orders supporters make during this period will experience a delay. Orders will be dispatched once it is deemed safe for our warehousing staff to return to work. The Club appreciates your understanding on this matter in these unprecedented times.

The Delay in order dispatch means that for the time being, express delivery will not be offered. Overseas locations ma experience delays once we have re-opened our stores and warehouse due to border restrictions and flight embargoes.

UK Mainland Deliveries

UK Express Delivery - £6.99 

Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday- Friday for delivery within 2 working days. Please note orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Click & Collect - Lakeside, Basildon, Romford & Stadium Store

Orders will be ready within 3 working days of placing and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

To collect your order please come to the Click + Collect Collection Point in the Stadium Store or Lakeside Store with your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license).

Stadium Store:

Please note on 3pm KO Saturday match days you will only be able to collect your Click and Collect order prior to 1pm. Evening games with a 19:45 kick off you will only be able collect orders prior to 3pm. Other match days and events are subject to change.

Lakeside, Basildon, Romford & Stadium Store

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to be refunded and credited to your account.

International Deliveries

International Standard Delivery - Prices Vary
Please allow 3 - 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.

Price dependant on the weight and volume of your order.

For Standard Delivery International to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Delivery International then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives. 

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your order for whatever reason.

Please note if you request your parcel to be left in an unsecured location neither OCS or WHUFC are responsible should your parcel "go missing" from that location.

Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation's import duties or any other levied charge, West Ham will not refund your goods or postage charges.

Tax -Australian customers

Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia

Australia's Goods and Services Tax is a 10% tax on the sale of most goods and services in Australia.

From 1 July 2018, the GST will apply to sales of low value goods imported into Australia. This means than a 10% charge will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note Autralian orders as well as orders outside the UK are not subject to 20% VAT taxation. GST applies only to orders shipped to addresses in Australia. 

 

Additional Information

What happens if my delivery has not arrived

Please allow 7 working days (10 days for International) before you contact us regarding a 'non' delivery. After this time, please email onlinestore@westhamunited.co.uk detailing full name, address and order number. Please allow 2 - 5 working days to track your parcel and for us to communicate back to you.


Different Stock Availability

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready or alternatively you will need to place to separate orders. 

Dispatching of Orders

Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

 

  • Pre-Orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website, again if you require other items before the pre-order date you will need to place a separate order.
  • Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.

 

Non-Shippable Addresses

For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.

PO Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses as your parcel must be signed for.

Undelivered Items

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
