How Do I Pay With Trustly?

Paying with Trustly is really simple. Make a payment with a few clicks and a fingerprint or faceid! You don’t need to register, you just need a UK bank account.

Do I need to register?

No. With Trustly you simply use your bank account to pay. On mobile simply select your bank and Trustly will automatically redirect you to your bank’s app.
You can confirm the payment with a fingerprint or face id. On Desktop, simply scan the QR code and complete the payment with your bank app.

Where do I put my card details?

You don’t need your card with Trustly! That means no manual entry of card numbers, expiry date or CVV codes. With Trustly you pay directly from your bank account.

Can I get into debt with Trustly?

Trustly is not a credit product. You pay with money you have in your bank account today.
There are no repayments to Trustly and no Trustly fees. One simple payment and you are done!

When will I receive my refund?

Trustly processes refunds instantly and so you will get a refund faster than with a card payment. Once West Ham confirms the good(s) have been returned, the Trustly refund will be in
your bank account in seconds.

Does my bank allow me to use Trustly?

In the UK and Europe, banks are legally required to allow licenced Payment Initiation Service Providers like Trustly to offer you our instant payments.

Does Trustly support my bank?

In the UK Trustly supports:
Natwest, Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC, Santander, Nationwide, Monzo, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank, Halifax, Revolut, TSB and The Cooperative Bank.

How secure is Trustly?

Trustly is the most secure way to pay. Trustly is regulated and your payments are confirmed by bank-level security.
Trustly payments use a simple fingerprint or faceid in your bank application to confirm the payment. This means a payment cannot be made without you authorizing it.
Trustly is a licensed payment institution authorised and supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We hold a European Payment Services Provider (PSP) license in accordance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD, 2007/64/EC) and directive (EU) 2015/2366 on payment services (PSD2).
As a customer, there is no need to register at Trustly and we never store any information that can be used to access your bank account.
