Payment & Returns

If we do not have an item that you have ordered, we will immediately refund you the way that you paid, and not retain your money or substitute for other items. We do this to ensure you are not out of pocket, and we strive to ensure we have all items available.However, at busy periods unfortunately some out of stocks will happen. We apologise for these instances.

You may return any item within 14 days from the date of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the price you paid for the item including postage

Faulty or our mistake or damaged in transit- Return to us within 14 days for a full refund including original postage paid. if you provide us with proof of returned items postage receipt, we will reimburse the cost by using your original method of payment.

If you change your mind and do not want your goods we do not reimburse your postage for goods you return to us. 

If you would like to return your goods in store we can only refund on days when we are not, playing at home (at the stadium store) please see contact us section for all store opening hours. Please return all goods in original packaging with your online order form. We reserve to charge for repackaging.

Returns for personalised product will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.

Please note. For your protection West Ham United Online Store recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. We will not refund goods that are not received back to us within 14 days at the following address.

To return items please include the merchandise with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

If you require, an exchange we will be happy to process this for you, however you will need to pay for the return postage to us - we recommend a secure method. We do not refund this charge. Furthermore, if you require an alternative or exchange due to your choice (ie the item was not incorrectly sent or faulty) then we will need to charge for delivery again before we dispatch your new replacement products, therefore please ensure you have included contact details on your exchange paperwork.


Exceptions to Returns policy

1. All DVDs, CD’s,  , underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery, hats and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.

2. We are unable to refund or exchange a shirt once it has been printed with a player’s name and number; this still applies in the event of a player leaving the football club and/or his number changing. This also applies to any personalised shirts there are no exceptions to this policy. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty.

3. All return and re-shipping charges for non-faulty goods/exchanges are the Customer's liability.

4. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

5. All items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
